You feel less like yourself — or you refuse to. Your body knows first.

This is not just hormone balancing. This is comprehensive women's health — with hormones at the center.

Most women have had to choose — the nurse practitioner who runs the tests, or the nurse practitioner who sees the whole picture. Iron & Honey doesn’t ask you to choose.

The Iron & Honey Method

Each phase informs the next. Nothing is rushed. Nothing is forced.

This is where you begin to feel like yourself again.

Understand

A precise view of what is happening in your body.

Clear

Removing what is interfering — so your system can begin to balance

Align

Targeted support that brings your hormones and physiology back into rhythm.

Stabilize

Your energy becomes consistent. Your Mood steadies. You feel more like yourself again.

Expand

You are no longer just getting through the day — you have capacity, clarity, strength again.

This is You

You don't need to be convinced that your body matters.

You’ve already tried to dial things in. You don’t want a lecture about basics. You want refinement.

You're not looking to be rescued. You're looking for someone who can see what you can't see yet.

You're in a shift — hormonal, physical, cellular. Your body is changing and no one has properly explained why.

You want to understand what's upstream.

You've seen the doctors. You've had all the labs. You're looking for a deeper understanding than the labs.

You know that isn't the whole story.

You are strong. And you are tired of feeling slightly off.

Here's what this practice calls forward in you:

  • You're ready for partnership, not rescue.

  • You're open to a different model of medicine.

  • You can communicate honestly — including discomfort.

  • You're investing in the long arc.

  • You're ready now.

  • You can trust the process before you see results.

  • You don’t want someone to take over your health. You want a partner who can calibrate it with you.

  • You’re done being dismissed. You’re done being handed vague advice.

  • You value precision. You value being met as an adult.

If this is you — Iron & Honey will feel steady.

About Ania

Iron & Honey is a private practice founded by Ania Dziurzynski, NP

‍ ‍ I'm Ania — nurse practitioner, hormone clinician, and a woman who has navigated this herself.

I came to this work through my own body. Through perimenopause, divorce, and the deliberate reclaiming of my strength, my balance, my life force. Through learning — the hard way and the beautiful way — how much we can change with intention, precision, and the willingness to look honestly at what the body is telling us.

I grew up in philosophy, art, and comparative religion before I grew into medicine. That background never left me. When I sit with a patient, I'm not just reading labs — I'm listening for the story. The archetype. The woman underneath the symptoms.

I was trained in family practice and board certified as a family nurse practitioner. My work no longer fits inside it.

After years of watching women be dismissed, overtreated, or handed "normal" results that explained nothing — I built something different. My continuing education in hormone medicine is informed by the BHRT Academy, the distinguished hormone scholarship of Dr. Lindsey Berkson, and the pioneering research of Dr. Louise Newson — voices at the leading edge of what precision hormone care can actually be for women. I bring that depth into every clinical relationship I have.

A practice rooted in precision, restraint, and deep respect for the body as a system.

What you eat, how you move, what you put in your body — these are not small decisions. They are profound ones. They changed my life when I had nothing else to work with. That belief is at the center of everything I do here.

My patients call me Ania.

Iron & Honey was built for the woman who is ready to be met — fully, precisely, and without compromise. I bring the same precision to my own body — I lift, run, practice yoga, and meditate — not as lifestyle decoration but as the ongoing experiment that informs how I care for yours.

Questions

  • Iron and honey are not opposites — they are complements.

Iron is precision. Structure. Strength. The willingness to look clearly at what is happening in the body and not look away.

Honey is warmth. Patience. The understanding that healing is not forced — it is coaxed, tended, allowed.

    This practice holds both.

    Because real care requires both.

    And because women are both.

Not one or the other — never just soft, never just strong. The fullness of that is what this work honors.

  • This is precision hormone and metabolic medicine — but that description alone doesn't capture what it actually feels like to be cared for this way.

Most women arrive here having already done the right things. They've seen the doctors. They've had the labs. They've been told everything looks fine. And yet something is off — in their energy, their mood, their body composition, their sense of themselves.

What's missing is not more testing or more prescriptions. What's missing is someone who looks at the full picture — who understands that hormones govern nearly every system in the body, that metabolic function and inflammatory pathways and sleep and stress are not separate conversations, and that the woman in front of them is not a set of symptoms to be managed but a physiology to be understood.

That is what this care is. Precise. Unhurried. Built entirely around you — your history, your patterns, your goals, your body as it actually is right now.

Not a protocol. Not a template. A real clinical relationship that deepens over time.

  • No. And it goes further than primary care ever could.

Iron & Honey is precision medicine — a deep, comprehensive view of your hormones, metabolism, inflammation, and physiology that the conventional system rarely has the time, tools, or framework to address. We are not chasing separate diagnoses. We are building a picture — one that is rooted in how you want to feel, how you want your mind and body to function, and what your physiology is actually telling us.

Hormones do not exist in isolation. They are interwoven with metabolic function, inflammatory pathways, sleep, cognition, body composition, and the full arc of who you are. This work looks at all of it — not as separate problems to solve, but as a single, living system to understand.

What falls outside this model: acute concerns, emergencies, and annual screening panels. For those moments, a primary care provider or urgent care is appropriate. Everything else — the chronic, the hormonal, the metabolic, the preventive — this is exactly where Iron & Honey lives.

Iron & Honey works well alongside other providers you trust. Collaboration with your existing care team is not only welcome — it's often where the most meaningful work happens.

  • Read the "This Is You" section slowly. If it lands in your body as recognition rather than aspiration — you're likely ready. The consultation will confirm it.

  • No — and that's intentional.

This practice is not for women looking for a quick fix or a prescription without context. It's not for someone who wants to be told what to do without understanding why.

Iron & Honey is for the woman who is ready to be an active partner in her own care. Who values precision over speed. Who is willing to look honestly at her body and her patterns.

If that's not where you are yet — that's okay. This will be here when you are.

  • This is a long term relationship.

It is more than labs. It is listening. It is partnered uncovering — patterns, history, what your body has been trying to tell you. Guided by your own goals of health, strength, and clarity.

Your care plan evolves with you. Precise, responsive, and built on trust that deepens over time.

The full details are shared once we're aligned.

  • No. Iron & Honey is a direct-pay membership based practice. This keeps the care independent, unhurried, and built entirely around you — not around what a billing code allows.

  • Care is delivered virtually. That is the foundation of this practice — precise, accessible, and built around your life.
